Winemaker Timothy Milos has practiced his craft since 1997, producing terroir driven wines from unique vineyard sites. Tim uses traditional, minimalist winemaking techniques to reveal each site's distinctive characteristics.

Although a 4th generation Bay Area native, Tim found his career in wine while in graduate school in the New York Finger Lakes, working first in the Finger Lakes then in the Napa Valley. While studying viticulture and enology at U.C Davis, Tim worked with Stags Leap Wine Cellars and Opus One, later with Dromana Estate in Australia, and Cliff Lede in Napa Valley. He now consults for wineries in Napa Valley and Sonoma County, steadfastly pursuing his passions at the intersection of art, science, and culture that is wine.
